Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to ensure our customers feel confident and secure when purchasing from our store.

All products sold are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.
We also accept returns or exchanges for items received incorrectly or different from what was originally ordered.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible by email and provide the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed by our Quality Control team. After evaluation, we will contact you by email with the outcome and the next steps regarding a return, exchange, or refund.

Claims related to manufacturing defects can be submitted within 90 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


Resolution Options

Once your claim is reviewed (within 7 business days), and if the issue is confirmed, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund of the amount paid

  • A replacement product identical to the one ordered

  • A product of similar value

  • Store credit to be used on future purchases


Right to Cancel (UK Online Purchases)

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the legal right to cancel their online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.


Refund Processing

  • Card payments: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. Please note that your card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Personal Care & Beauty Products – Hygiene Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care and beauty products cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, as permitted under UK law.


Unapproved or Invalid Returns

Items returned without prior communication, outside the permitted return period, incomplete, damaged due to misuse, or not in their original condition may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Rejected items will be returned using a standard tracked delivery service, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not cover shipping fees related to refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges for alternative products, except where required by UK consumer law.
